Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subjected to the following terms which the client understands and accept prior to booking with Aesthetics & Fitness (A&F).

Bookings

  • The minimum age for fitness training is 18 years of age.

  • All sessions are booked in blocks with an expiry date .

  • Sessions must be utilized within the specified training.

  • Booked block sessions are not transferrable and non refundable.

  • Clients booked onto the Duo Programme will have to train together and the price only apply for 2 persons. 

  • Upon the issue of written confirmation of the booking between A&F and the client, a contract of services is made between both parties.

  • Clients booking by telephone, e-mail or facsimile will have been deemed to read the booking terms & conditions on the website and agreed to the terms and conditions prior to making payment for any course.

  • Aesthetics & Fitness reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. All bookings are provisional until there are cleared funds in A&F bank account.

 

Medical

  • You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (a “PARQ”) before undertaking your first personal training session.

  • Your Trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.

  • You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform the Trainer of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.

  • If your Trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.

  • You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Trainer is not responsible.

  • Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

Clients Responsibility

  • To wear comfortable training clothing and trainers.

  • Must have training gloves , towel and water for hydration.

  • It is the responsibility of the Client to arrange travel to the site/location for the proposed activity and or service unless otherwise stated.

  • The Client is also responsible for their own personal medical requirements and personal footwear equipment and clothing.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to inform A&F in writing of any health issues that may make them unsuitable to participate in the activity and/or service agreed.  

  • If Aesthetics & Fitness believes a client’s health or safety is at risk, or that a client has failed to disclose any relevant health information in accordance with these conditions, Aesthetics & Fitness may at its absolute discretion withdraw the Client from the activity and/or course without a refund and/or may terminate the Contract without refund.

  • The client must refrain from any illegal act or any conduct which may offend or cause danger or damage to any person or property.

  • Clients shall abide by any rules or instructions laid down by A&F in regards to safety or proper practice. If they decline, they will be removed from the training without any refund.

  • If you request a trainer to provide training at your home this will incur a travel cost.

Trainer’s Responsibility

  • Its the trainers responsibility to conduct a comphrensive consultation outlining client's fitness goals .

  • The trainer will use her skills and knowledge to design a safe programmer of exercise that will take into account your lifestyle, fitness goals, fitness levels and medical history.

  • The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you will need to achieve your goals. 

  • The trainer will provide instruction, advice, supervision and support needed.

  • The trainer will provided training sessions 45-60 minutes

Payment

  • All payments are made in advance.

  • All payments to be made via Cash ,BACS payment or via bank transfer.

The cancellation policy includes:

  • We require 24 hrs cancellations on all sessions, same day cancelations will be counted as a class.

  • 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments.

  • Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full Session/Class fee.

  • Once purchased, your Sessions/Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Emergency-In the event of an emergency such as sickness we will require proof by your Dr in the form of written evidence to approve any refunds. In the nature of good faith, we will endeavor to rearrange your session. However, a 30% handling fee will be applied if cancelled.

  • If  A&F cancels a booking prior to the commencement of the course the Client will be given the option of an alternative date.

  • A&F and the client shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulation, or if any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties or either of them renders the performance of this agreement practically impossible.

 

Information

  • Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a Session/Class means you consent to photography, filming, and sound recording which may include you as a Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

  • We will seek your permission to use any recordings made by A&F to publish on its website, as promotional material and advertisements.

  • All literature and course material produced by A&F including, but not exclusive to websites, forms, images, and graphics are the sole property of A&F and may not be copied or duplicated for either personal or commercial use.

  • A&F cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where our services or any aspect of your training is affected by ‘force majeure’. Force majeure refers to any event which we could not, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems, with transportation, closures of airports, changes to flight times and ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather, government action or any other events outside our control. In such instances we will re arrange the event at a later date.

 

Complaints

If there is a problem during the activity and or service period you must report it to in the first instance the instructor of your activity.

Guarantees

  • You understand that the results of any fitness programme cannot be guaranteed.

  • Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the Sessions/Classes.

  • You acknowledge that individual results may vary and that no particular result is guaranteed by your Trainer
